Today a NY court threw out the prostitution charges against Alexia Moore (aka Cassandra Malandri), a porn star who was charged with trying to sell sex to an undercover cop.
Alexia is a well known X rated actress was charged with offering a threesome to a cop for $5,000. Unfortunately the act never took place.
The judge was also disappointed that no such act took place and threw out the case. Alexis claimed that she was only teasing and never made any “sex for money” deals.
“The court finds the defendant not guilty,” said Manhattan district judge Simpson. The 26-year-old porn star was elated and said, “I knew that I did nothing wrong.” she added,”I knew justice would be seen.”
The spicy trial was unusual because the majority of prostitution cases are usually pleaded out of court. But this time Alexis stood her ground having already been busted 18 months ago at the Hot Lap Dance Club.
Her previous boss Louis (Big Lou) Posner – is set to go to trial in a few months remained silent and was very satisfied with the outcome.
“We knew the verdict is going to go out way,” said Malandri’s lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo. “She wants to go on with her life.”
For fans of Alexia, they will miss her because she has vowed to change her ways and enter into a profession away from SEX- let us hope she does not keep to her word!
