A Bellingham, Washington based organization that helps people in the helping of others is rapidly growing in popularity thanks in part to the amount of press coverage it receiving.
Local and national press coverage of the organization over the past three weeks has seen a huge surge in gifts. The organization was founded in 2007 by Lionel and Misha Thompson.
The organization is appeared on NBC Nightly News on Friday night, giving the organization an even bigger boost.
In the last three weeks the organization received $54,000 in gifts. These gifts are given out to recipients without revealing the identity of the giver. Prior to the recent surge, Giving Anonymously, assisted in giving $215,000 via 400 gifts.
