A los Angeles judge agreed with JLo’s attorney that her ex, Ojani Noa is not allowed to release any of the 11 hours of home video when he releases his mockumentary as a Cuban immigrant. The mockumentary entitled, ‘How I married Jennifer Lopez; the JLO and Ojani Noa story” was going to be a blockbuster if it ever got released but for now, everyone will just have to imagine what the tape holds.
Says JLo’s attorney to PEOPLE magazine,”There wasn’t anything close to sex in it. We never alleged that. But it’s still private and personal to my client.”
However, Ojani will have have none of the judge’s ruling and plans to fight it out in court. Says Noa, “They’re trying to stop me from making my documentary and I’m fighting for my rights. They’re not being fair.”
Noa denied that he was trying to make money of the purported sex home video between him and JLo.
Some of the pictures from the video have been released and show scenes from the couple’s marriage in Florida and honeymoon in Havana, Cuba. JLo is seen parading in a skimpy outfit in sexy poses in some pictures that were released earlier. Noa’s film partner Claudia Vasquez has stated that the project is all about Noa and nothing to do with JLo. Claudia says that there is nothing sexual in the video. Since the uproar by JLo, Noa has changed the title of his mockumentary to,” the escape” in reference to his fleeing Cuba many years ago.
Noa, 35, is presently being sued for $10 million by JLo for breach of contract, is adamant that two prior confidentiality contracts he earlier signed about their relationship “should be voided.”
Noa claims that he was seduced by JLo into signing these documents without being properly informed of the contents.
Now, Noa says he will go all the way to court to obtain his right to use the video in a way he sees right. For JLo, all she can do is wait and see what happens.
